Strategy that consists of establishing a relationship with the lead —or registered user—, offering them valuable information over time, so that they develop a link with the brand, until they are finally ready to make the purchase decision.

To cultivate this lead, different techniques are used, such as sending personalized newsletters with content of interest and offers, telemarketing and communication actions supported by social networks.
