Human-computer interaction, also known in the international community as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or Computer-Human Interaction (CHI), is the discipline dedicated to studying how the interaction between people and technology occurs to try to improve this relationship through design.
Its main objective is to increase the productivity of the equipment while providing users with a safe, comfortable and satisfactory experience.
