Baby boomers are those people born between 1946 and 1964, or what is the same, born during the explosion of the birth rate derived from the end of the Second World War. This demographic cohort that precedes generation X is currently the generation with the highest purchasing power and they are characterized by being traditional and obsessed with youth, making them active and health-conscious people.
